Mirada PTO
PTO stands for Parent-Teacher Organization, consisting of parents and teachers working together to support and enrich all students. Our goal is to provide our school with funds, programs, and resources that will benefit each child in an equal but great measure. We also work to provide opportunities for social growth within our community. We desire for every family to Be Here. Be You. Belong.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PTO PRESIDENT
As your PTO President, I’d like to welcome you to the 2019-20 school year at Mirada Leadership Academy! I currently have a second and a third grader and have served on the Board for the past two years. In that time, I have enjoyed volunteering in my sons’ classrooms, helping to plan community events, and raising funds by co-chairing our annual Read-a-Thon. I believe there is an opportunity for every parent to be involved-our school community is better when every family finds their place. In this website, you’ll learn about the various ways you can enhance your student’s educational experience through your involvement in the PTO. You will find our mission statement explaining the role and purpose of the PTO, a list of our major events scheduled for the year, as well as information about our Room Rep program, volunteer opportunities, and more! We are looking forward to another wonderful year, and we hope you’ll join us in making Mirada Leadership Academy the place where Great Happens Here!
Sincerely,
Jen Bozek
